About the Blog
Nappy Thoughts should not be your primary news source, although I know it is better than the news. We are just having fun here. I try to post as many links to credible sources as I can for you. I am actually encouraging you to read those too. Any ideas expressed come from me and the people I interview and research. Stop acting like you didn’t know I was a nerd. Think of it as a friendly conversation, I am doing my best to keep it authentic.
In real life I am vegan, but not a doctor, so they are making me tell you to consult with your dietitian and/or nutritionist before you change your diet. Also, when I am sharing my Nappy Thoughts, these are real people. They just want your support. Please do not take any illegal action on their behalf. I would hate to have to post about you.
