The minimum order for non-customized decks is 5 decks. For customized decks, the minimum order is 25 decks, and for customized boxes, the minimum is 100 decks.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5–7 business days for production and an additional 3–5 business days for shipping. Customized orders may take a little longer due to the proof approval process. Most orders are delivered within 10–14 calendar days of payment.
Can I place a larger order or request special packaging?
Absolutely! For orders of 200+ decks or unique requests, submit a custom quote, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect solution.
What does the $50 customization fee include?
This flat fee covers applying your logo and brand colors to the decks. For orders of 100+ decks, this fee also includes customized deck boxes.
What shipping options are available?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and the selected shipping method. Expedited options are available for faster delivery.

Can I get a refund on custom orders?
Custom orders are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our end (e.g., incorrect logo applied, or proof not sent for approval prior to production).
If you provided incorrect files or decide you no longer want the custom order after production begins, we are unable to offer a full refund as the production costs are non-recoverable. In rare cases, we may offer a partial refund (deducted from our profit margin) as a courtesy, but this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
